Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personal items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have received. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with the tag attached, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will tell you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
